At Graceful Glass we aim to provide a first class level of service for our customers. However, should you discover a problem upon delivery, we want to help put matters right.
All products are guaranteed against defects and always in accordance with our guarantee and warranty conditions. However, products such as fragile goods are only guaranteed up to the point of delivery, but if you find that the product ordered is damaged upon delivery, then please contact us as soon as possible.
If you, or your consignee, do not receive goods ordered within 2 days of the delivery date notified, please notify us of the problem at our contact address within 7 days of the delivery date.. If you are asked to return a damaged or defective item, the product should be unused, and in its original (undamaged) packaging. It is vital that you do not sign for goods as "in good condition" if the packaging is in any way damaged and you should ensure that the delivery agent is notified immediately in writing of any defect.
Certain goods, particularly custom made items, may be too heavy to ship via normal mail services. If this is the case we will agree alternative shipping with you before accepting your order.
You may cancel your order while it is still being processed, but we regret that custom made items are not returnable or refundable.

Needless to say, all information required to process your order will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties, other than the obvious requirement to label goods despatched to you.
